PoopRIP (https://poop.rip/) is a service for streaming and download of adult visual content, and as such is only intended to be used by people of the age of majority (18+). We provide the opportunities for the uploading, hosting and sharing of adult fetish videos. This document describes the operating principles of the site.

Our mission

In many parts of the world, adult content is a luxury, accessible to the few – unemployment, inflation, poor economies and life expectancy, lack of regional prices from the content providers. All these problems were exacerbated by the COVID pandemic, when the need to "stay at home" made adult sites and the ability for getting accessible adult content important as ever. By helping in making such content available to the wider audience, we believe in PoopRIP's important social, socioeconomic and humanitarian mission.

User Submissions

Our members are able to upload, host and share adult videos (submissions) with our platform. As such, it is their responsibility to ensure:

• they have a written permission/consent of each and every participant of the submission;
• the content is compliant with all laws, including, but not limited to, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R 751;
• each and every participant of the submission is strictly over the age of majority (18+) at the time of the creation of such content.

By uploading a submission to our site, you grant us the non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, transmit, translate, distribute, promote, pirate, exhibit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform the uploaded content.

Intellectual Property Rights

PoopRIP is not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content present on the site. With respect to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we accept and review the valid DMCA claims; removing the content in the case it is found infringing.

Pricing and Payment

Premium access is a one-time purchase for a fixed term (30, 90, 180 or 365 days). We do not offer subscription-based services: nothing renews automatically, no recurring charge is ever made, and you are never required to cancel anything manually.

Prices are set in US dollars and depend on the payment method you choose and on the region you are paying from. The methods available to you, together with their prices, are shown on the payment page before any payment is made.

The exact amount that will be charged — including the payment provider's fee and, for local payment methods, the currency conversion applied by that provider — is displayed before you confirm the payment. That amount is fixed at the moment the invoice is created and is the only binding price.

Access is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider, normally within a few minutes. If your access has not been activated within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact us at admin@poop.rip.

If the amount actually received is lower than the amount invoiced — this can happen with cryptocurrency transfers because of network fees — access is granted in proportion to the amount received.

We never receive or store your card details, bank credentials or wallet keys. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; the provider processing your payment is identified at checkout, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction.

Refund Policy

Access is granted immediately after payment, so a purchase becomes final once that access has been used.

You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase if the access you paid for has not been used — that is, if no videos have been downloaded and no paid content has been unlocked with it since the payment. Send the request to admin@poop.rip from the e-mail address of your account, stating the date and the amount of the payment. We reply within 10 business days.

Approved refunds are returned through the payment method used for the purchase; for cryptocurrency payments, the network fee required to send the refund is deducted. No refund is due for access that has already been used, or if the account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Premium Membership

Premium members receive access to exclusive features including video downloads. Downloads are limited to 10 unique videos per day. Downloading the same video multiple times within a day counts as one download toward the daily limit. The download counter resets at midnight (server time) each day.

User Conduct

By using PoopRIP, you agree not to:

• share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use your account;
• redistribute, re-upload, or share downloaded content on other websites or platforms;
• use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the site or download content;
• attempt to bypass any technical limitations or restrictions (including download limits);
• use the site for any commercial purpose without written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Disclaimer

Services of PoopRIP are provided to you "as is", all submissions are for your personal and non-commercial use only. PoopRIP does not provide warranty nor assume responsibility for any damages or loss you may incur as the result of using the site.

Force Majeure

PoopRIP shall not be responsible for failure or interruption of access to the site due to the circumstances out of our control, such as earthquakes, floods, fire, plague, computer viruses, wars, foreign and domestic terrorism, civil disturbances, alien invasions, failure of public infrastructure and nuclear fallout.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Change of Terms

We reserve the right to change or update this document as needed without an additional announcement.

Who You Are Paying

PoopRIP (https://poop.rip) operates this website and is the seller of the digital services described above. All payment enquiries, including refunds and disputes, should be addressed to admin@poop.rip; we answer within 10 business days. Payments are collected on our behalf by third-party payment providers, which are named at checkout.
